Bruno A. Comas was charged with "exhibitionism" because of a Performance held in May 2018 at an Lgbtiq festival. This accusation was made by the Prosecutor's Office through an open complaint made by the Secretary for Children and Adolescents.

Amnesty International Py accompanied the process with urgent action and legal advice. The procedure and the investigation were suspended at the preliminary hearing at the request of the accused, because there are no guarantees in Paraguay that the matter can be dealt with free of prejudice or discrimination, since there is no Law Against All Forms of Discrimination.
